Since 2007, CN has powered its cash application process with an industry leading TransCentra solution. Managing over $40M payments daily (over 150,000 payments covering around 4.4M of invoices per year), the cash application suite deployed continues to serve the company well. However with the objective of continuous improvement, CN wanted a solution that would tackle email remittances, a growing channel, which is time consuming and prone to error thus presenting an opportunity for improvement.
