TransCentra’s Paul Diegelman, senior vice president and practice manager, will participate on two panels at the 2015 Institute of Finance & Management (IOFM) Payments Summit, delivering insight on the billing, paper and e-payment processing, lockbox and business process outsourcing (BPO) industries.
Diegelman is a well-known speaker at regional and national payments industry events, and will be available for onsite meetings or post-show discussions to talk about interesting trends and pressing issues with conference attendees.
“5 Things You Must Know About the Future of Remittance and Lockbox Automation,” will be held on Friday, June 19 at 8:15 a.m. CDT. Panelists will review the direction of paper and electronic payment processing, from the perspective of the Banks, the third party processors and the corporates who receive these payments. The payments industry continues to evolve at an accelerating pace, and all participants need to be prepared for what’s coming next.
“What You Don’t Know About Outsourcing Could Kill Your Business Case,” will take place on June 19 at 2:30 p.m. CDT. This panel of payments and technology providers will share insights on how to ensure that a business case for payment processing and technology properly reflects the process enhancements and costing components that will occur in the outsourced environment.
Mark Brousseau, President of Brousseau & Associates will moderate both panels in which Diegelman is a participant.
